Your buy the debenture and short the stock plan is working as planned with LSG.I also see LSG is one of the few small producers whose stock price has not responded during the recent run.Drag of the debenture financing or operational?

KGI just announced last night a similar financing................any thoughts on if KGI stock price will follow a similar path as LSG?

KGI deben is 7.5% interest with a stock conversion price of $13.70 which seems low.
