If you are still coaching other people's kids when your own kid isn't on the team, you are a freak. The guy that everyone makes sure that he isn't left alone with their kid. If you are not, you are a fraud, in that you are like me where your true motivation for coaching was to spend time with your own kid doing something that you both love, while criticizing me for being honest about my core motivation to coach baseball.
