I use both, my POP mail has been having problems, I have been getting thousands of these: (Started on June 28 2012) Mail Delivery Subsystem (then the email address) Delivery Status Notification (Failure) They all say it's coming from my email address. My email guy said he does not know whats going on, and he's no dummy, hes a network security engineer. Going to change my password and see if that stops it. I get some returned from military addresses, that gets me a little worried that they think I could be spamming them. Giving my email address a bad name.
