Last week DMG and Goldman Sachs both forecast oil to drop to $18/barrel next year... "BP down on OPEC fears, DMG sector downgrade" biz.yahoo.com Although the Saudi's are trying to put a positive spin on the OPEC deal, analysts see it as bearish... "Oil prices seen sliding on new OPEC deal-analysts" biz.yahoo.com Also, natural gas prices have dropped because of the mild winter... "U.S. Dec spot natgas prices slide in soft bidweek" biz.yahoo.com Given all these bearish fundamentals, and the desire of traders to take profits or tax losses, I expect further weakness for the rest of Oil.
