In Denmark you can have a low IQ and it doesn't matter because the government will insist on educating even the greatest imbecile to a PhD level and they can take as long as they want to get it. They also have universal health care. Everyone. That is a huge deal. And a strong public school system and almost free in Denmark all the way to a PHD and you can take as long as you want.
