IMHO what matters is WHO is doing the buying and the selling. The raison d'etre for the market is so that weath can be systematically transferred from the weak hands to the strong hands. Sheeple selling because they are either scared or because they are under-capitalized and forced to sell makes no difference. Either way it makes them the weak hands by definition. Ergo those taking the other side of that trade are the strong hands. Please feel free to disagree...
