This applies to rich countries. Politicians should say:
"We need to create wealth and protect that wealth from the greed of ourselves.

Ourselves means: bankers and governments.

There are investors out there willing to come down to this continent, but we have to make our continent ready for them," he said.

The rich countries should be thinking hard about this. They would need foreigners since not all could move abroad to where the growth will be in the future.
