It sounds like Woodward is spinning it as Obama incompetence. Yes, It doesn't sound like Woodward will be an Obama voter this Fall.

from what i have read and seen obama dislikes talking to democrat members of congress as much as he dislikes talking to republican members of congress. obama just does not like talking to many people to get things done. he does not really have experience doing deals that just about every sales guy, marketing guy, or operations manager Must do all the time. if one is rigid in business, one does not make it unless one has one's own company and some great ideas for products that can be realized. romney's business was making deals in which the object of the negotiations was to get to "yes, let's do this deal." i think woodward's book could supply some good vignettes for romney comparison ads/videos, as well as concrete examples to be used in the debates.
