Chaz, Its the weekend, so why worry. Obviously the SUN lawsuit has been orchestrated by MSFT as a stalking horse to allow time to pass with no progress(development gets stalled by others until they see the lay of land) and no cohesion in the market. All this works to MSFT advantage as their product will encompass all of what the others make in due course.
The only way to solve this is to have MSFT split along the lines of the Bell split into an OS maker, a browser maker, and an app maker. Each of which would then operate as independents. Each segment would be viable, as smaller companies like that are viable now. Of course they would have to allow Bill to be CEO of only one amd divest control in some way that would be set up to allow him to sell those shares and buy an equal amount of other shares as a forced trade by the DOJ, so he would not get killed by taxes(???)
