Larry, the advance notice on Glassman's article about LSI in the Post is appreciated. The investment approach sounds similar to one espoused by the Wizard Shane on this Thread.. Maybe that's where Glassman picked it up <g>. Personally, I'm buying more ITM April options (the LSIDD, specifically), expecting to see an average gain of two points per month from now until December 98, target price ~50. Trying to do the purchases at low volume points (like now). Now if I could figure out how a "Cox-Ross-Rubinstein binomial approximation to the Black-Scholes pricing model" could do it all better for me, I'd likely make more money :-) //OT// Yup, my brother Keith is with SAIC in the DC area.. he got picked up in one of SAIC's acquisitions a few years back. Please say hello when you run across him. Your inputs on SI proposed standards are recorded. Difficult to be specific about vulgar language. I guess that could be resolved on a case by case.. if an individual were given fair warning, perhaps that would end the issue. Sequence would be: individual objects to use of vulgar language. A determination is made that the language is vulgar. Individual is warned. Repeated offense: suspension; further repeated offense: banned. Something like that? Here's a slightly updated version of the proposed "Three standards List": 1. Maximized Free Speach b> All civil, legal speech is permitted among members freely engaged in a mutual discussion. No views will be barred from any thread, so long as they do not violate rules 2. and 3. 2. Attack issues, not persons. . Comments attacking an individual rather than an issue or viewpoint are unacceptable. 3.. Voluntary withdrawal. . An SI member has the right not to be contacted by anyone to/about whom they are not posting and by whom they have requested not to be contacted. I've got your name on my "consultative" list. Thanks! Will look forward to hearing from you again soon. Duane
