I am on record in the MIR case that I thought the seniors would only get 85% and the convertible preferred and common would be wiped. I think history has agreed with my valuation of their assets, but that does not matter. What mattered is what folks could convince the judge and the public to value their assets at the time of their exit. The same will go for ATPG. My read on the judge and the trustee is that they are sympathetic to the junior classes. I guess we will see what happens.
