Obama got them to love him all over again. It seems that most of the delegates were hypnotized; many were crying. It's true that he didn't say very much - mostly, the usual. But - they were in love. For a narcissistic guy that must have felt wonderful.

People are different - some work harder than others, some are smarter, some are luckier.... equality of results never happened and never will. But politicians love the idea; leaving no one behind always sells well. Redistribution means money and power for those who are doing the redistributing.... it makes the most interesting people in the room.
