384,000 gave up looking for a job. Don't count them and you can get the unemployment % down. Mind you, not by creating more jobs.

365,000 more people stopped looking. Labor force particiaption is at its lowest level in 68 years....its the only reason the rate dropped from 8.3 to 81. U-6 which is the real measure of unemployment is more than 14%.

There's no good news there for Obama.
