Great post by Cheify on this very issue...I read it over and over again whenever we get bad economic data like we did this morning.

I am more curious about the origin of everything. The markets are such a

minuscule part of it. :)

Where does everything come from? Where does everything go to? Was there ever a time at which there was nothing? What is nothing or "no thing" made up of? What is space made up of? Does time really exist or is it a figment of your imagination, like everything else?

It seems an object cannot exist unless space exists.

The market is an abstract object that exists in a strange space.

Fundamentals are opinion. Index numbers are metrics. Which seems more real?
