You would stand a better chance of convincing people if you were consistent. Not long ago you were lecturing about how great Ron Paul was and you really wanted to support Republicans if only they were Libertarian enough like you. "If it weren't for some of the more unseemly aspects of what is currently the Republican party (including Tea Party) I might agree with you." Yet you attack the libertarian wing of the Republican Party because you are not independent minded enough to understand what the significance of a group that stands on most of the principles of our founding fathers. The original Tea Party got us into a war over ridiculous government spending without the consent of the governed. The current Tea Party is in a similar fight over removing a ridiculous tax and spending healthcare takeover bill that has never been consented to by the majority of Americans. Look, I understand that you are delusional about where your leftwing views stand compared to a national average. It is very obvious to any who read more than a few of your posts. You think that because the leftwing media reports it it must be mainstream. You make it apparent where you stand relative to centrist reporting: "FOX NEWS.... Fair and balanced! LOL" One of the reasons that the insane are called loony is their tendency to laugh at totally inappropriate moments.
