A virtual book on all aspects has been written on this subject with appropriate links on the RMIL board. Ellen G seems to serve as the "Recorder" for the board and could provide a wealth of information on this subject. You may also want to go to the OVIS/RMIL Shortbusters board for background information. It is very enlightening reading!
