That's why I adore my job. :-)

Afternoon's images are in the can and backed up. Edited keepers already. All I have to do is show them to the boss after dinner break and have him pick which ones go to press, then Photoshop them into submission before morning, and toss them on the web before boss wakes up.

I can do that with way more than one PU under my belt. Plus, nobody cares, as long as I deliver the goods, which I always do and did, ahead of schedule and under budget. :-)

In fact, brought an extra PU for the boss. Sorta like bringing an apple for the teacher. Yes, radishes as well. ;-)

Tried a couple of stage snaps with the 808 this afternoon. If push came to shove, I could make money with that toy. I kid you not. Unreal.

While waiting for the boss to drag his sorry behind back from dinner break, I canvassed the largest regional theatre in the country, looking at phones.

Top to bottom: restaurants, bars, dressing rooms, prop shops, wig shops, you name it.

I had two free hours and a card that lets me go everywhere, and a LOT of buds I have not seen in a long while to smooch...

Place was PACKED with tourist and such, plus a gazillion friends.

These people are the most connected ones I know. Nobody in theatre is without a phone, until they have to get on stage, and even then they often bring them on, hidden in their pocket, doing Shakespeare or whatever.

No Windows phones to be seen, anywhere.

Asked a few friends about Lumias.

"What!? What is that!?" ("Are you nuts!?" question in their eyes, looking at me like I fell off the moon, a nanosecond ago...)

Gonna be a HARD climb up for Nokia W8. Especially without those lovely 41MP.

Hey, lookie here, we contributed to record sales of the dream stuff!

Prazdroj exports record 920,000 hl of beer

That's 990 million litres, or 2 billion pints.

Means that little less than one third of the planet's population could have had a PU with a raddish. :-)

Cheers! (I mean later, not now.)
