Hi Skeeter Bug; Of course you should realize I'm not reading your long posts. My time is precious to me. I simply want an answer to my question. I'm not interested in your changing the subject. But this time you're getting closer (at least in the first paragraph which is all that I'm going to read). You're claiming that GMOs do not increase yields (much). I'm not going to research this. But I still haven't seen the answer to my question. I'll try again. Why do farmers choose to plant GMOs? -- Carl P.S. As far as answering the above question, the best I can conclude is that you think that farmers have no reason for planting GMOs. If this is the case, simply say so. If you think that farmers are stupid and you understand their business better than they do, you should state that too.
