The neo cons always had another agenda. Their agenda. They are too stupid to help the country even if they wanted, but they don't want anything other than unbridled power to exploit the nation for their gain. Bush and Cheney used 9/11 to try and steal Iraq's oil and implement their form of tyranny. Didn't work out and they created massive misery, which no one has held them accountable for.
