Right. Funny thing, though, I read through a couple alternative accounts just now, educationforum.ipbhost.com and educationforum.ipbhost.com , and they didn't exactly leave me wanting to read more about it. I sort of liked Don DeLillo's account in Libra , but that was fiction.

There's certainly a lot of weird things in the Oswald story, but the evidence for an alternative is, at least from the accounts above, pretty limited. Three guys at the Texas School Book Depository weren't agitated, therefore they were in on it, and stuff like that. However flawed the Oswald evidence might be, and I'm not sure it's that flawed, you need to have an alternative hypothesis with some real evidence supporting it to reject Oswald.

I think the key to figuring out the JFK assassination is to ask what Jack Ruby was all about? Why did
Ruby kill Oswald? Who was he? He was a man with terminal cancer and strong connections to organized crime. I think organized crime paid Ruby to kill Oswald to keep him from spilling the beans.
