Gary I'm going to attend the Gold Show in SF and hope to attend most of the talks. Don't think there will be to many surprises. Still be interesting to see the spin they put on the market. Will report back.

Nicolas, when I see things like this it makes me certain that the Japanese do not have a good understanding of what a mess they are in. Whom do you suppose is going to buy this land in any significant quantity when everyone knows that a correction in land valuations is the phenomena that got the banks in the trouble they are in now. How the ministry of finance believes selling into a market that is already deflating will help them is a mystery to me. Regards, Ron
