My response - - OK I get your past view, but going forward, Hillary, McCain and Palin are out of the picture and not relevant to the discussion about electing a president this year. Many on both sides think he did a great job because we are out of Iraq, but forget or ignore that he has expanded hostilities across Africa and we are about to get underway in South Southeast Asia again. He remains a person of puzzling or contradictory character or, if you will, an enigma. In my mind electing him again will be the equivalent of another deliberate self-inflicted wound but this time with our eyes wide open. As for medical care – America is renowned for our medical care. It has expanded virtually without limit. I believe that is because most hospitals and medical centers are non-profits and pay no taxes. While you are looking at that, consider using something similar for all American businesses. I am not ignoring the need to slash spending AND increase revenue. I believe a flat tax will accomplish enough of both
