You idiot..........I clearly stated that it had one of the smallest gov't deficits. I wasn't talking about the personal indebtedness of the Spaniards.

Mel already poked a gigantic hole in that assertion, and you respond by hanging onto a distinction without a difference.

Huh? Hanging onto a distinction without a difference? Did you seriously make that claim? The ratio between deficits and GDP is one of the biggest complaints your party has about the American deficit.
