South Korea may want to ring up some connection(s) in the City Hall in Flint, Michigan. If they are pitching for kids to skip college, I presume it's to save the industry. Education breeds aspiration and perceived over qualification.

If they don't figure out how to adapt before they find their work force overqualified and under motivated for the existing jobs their going to have to figure out how to hike college tuition so that they can use tax revenue to pay for the increased gov't jobs.
