They aren't "laughing." The vast majority of people in the world are disgusted. As they were after 9/11. This is Al Qaeda members' attempt at revenge for the many killings of Al Qaeda members by the US. Which, please understand, I am not saying we should stop. This is an ongoing war between the vast majority of people in the world and people with the mentality expressed by Al Qaeda. And I include as part of "the vast majority of people in the world" also the vast majority of Muslims. The Libyan govt has apologized, and appropriately expressed their own outrage, as have and will other govts around the world. This isn't over, by a long shot.
