In the near-term COMS may have to write off old inventory and will face challenges integrating the USRX acquisition, so the stock could be weak for awhile. And the Street will price into the stock uncertainty of the company stumbling in its new product transition also. No idea why insiders sold .. perhaps they recognize a technical breakdown when they see it, or perhaps this was when the lock up for USRX insiders was over.

In any case I sold half my position in the mid 50's and the risk/reward of COMS in the mid 30's looks palatable again.

Jack, COMS just warned after the bell. Guess the insiders might have known??
