the Nokia Lumia 820 is on pre-order for 12 495 CZK ($651, 508 Euro) and the Nokia Lumia 920 is up for 14 995 CZK ( $781, 610 Euro) at Smarty.cz. - Windows Phone 8 handsets show up for pre-order in Switzerland, Czech Republic, Sweden | WMPoweruser
The 16GB iPhone 5 will cost a whopping £529 SIM-free when purchased direct from Apple.

Apple hasn’t disclosed which variant of the iPhone 5 you’ll be getting for £529 but the fact that the advert says ‘from £539’ makes us think it’s talking about the 16GB variant.

Apple’s pricing structure, whilst being usually on the steep side, is often very simple with a £100 fee added for each bump in storage. Should Apple keep this pricing system in place for the iPhone 5 it means the 32GB version will cost £629 and the 64GB a staggering £729. - 16GB iPhone 5 price confirmed at £529 – and no, that’s not a joke - News - Know Your Mobile
So,

Lumia 820: $651
Lumia 920: $781
16BG iPhone 5: $852
32GB iPhone 5: $1013
64GB iPhone 5: $1175

Guess the price of the Lumias will not be a problem, after all. Could be real contenders!
