You really think more debt will solve the problem?

Of course

More revenue too

Until concrete steps are taken to deal with the structural economic problems, we won't fix them

As Clinton demonstrated, there is sufficient potential economic energy in our system to rectify years of voodoo economics as soon as the political will to do is brought to bear

Dr Paul and the Tea Party bozos will continue to serve as debilitating economic forces as long as we tolerate their gibberish

When the water carriers for the uberpigs tire, progress will return....

<<Krugmans ideas make more sense to you - why?>.

I can give you a bunch of whys, but the number one why, IMO, is that Dr. Paul as you like to call him, doesn't give a shit about the poor. Nor do the neo cons, or Randians.

Krugman is thinking about the welfare of our total soceity all the time, the poor all the time.

And it is lucky he also is a brilliant economist. You can question one man, Krugman, but what about guys like Stiglitz who echo Krugman, or the other 80% or so of the economists who use their economic theories in practise and teach them at universities around the world.

Few teach or use Pauls economic ideas.
