Adaptor makers always bone consumers. From way back in the days of rival CRT monitor inputs. Perhaps because volumes are low on these things. I think I upgraded my computers rather than spend $40 to be able to use an obsolete monitor with a newer computer. There may soon be cheaper alternatives. I got this for my nano: amazon.com Note free shipping makes the purchase almost nothing.
