The iphone 5 appears underwhelming so far. The Lumia 920's specs blows it away.

Competing Android phones have always had spec advantages over the iPhone. It just doesn't matter. Only the most hardened geeks pay attention to all that spec nonsense. They'll still sell millions of iPhone 5's.

I think Nokia is back in the game in a big way.

They need to forgo short term profit and build market share, should pay more attention to unit sales than next quarters net. Wall Street will probably not be patient, but you never know if NOK is viewed wisely more like a start-up with a pipeline, than a mature cash cow.

If the value proposition is good against competition, customers will catch on, critical mass and then...

Which one of those specs will make someone switch away from a phone they like or even love, from having to replace one hundred apps, and lose much or all the data accumulated in those apps?
