ON * /* OFF Subject ! Oat Bran and Tryptophan levels. We had a delightful Thanksgiving also and I recovered from the dishes stacked in the sink with coagulated giblet gravy. We traveled to the valley this year and never had to contend with Turkey leftovers... Damn relatives that never leave untill the last vestiges of turkey meat are picked clean from the carcass ) Peak tryptophan levels usually kick in promptly before flatulence erupts at 1500 hrs. This year they pushed them out the door Friday, headed towards the Golden Arches . Oh Well ! I'm looking forward to next year and more " Quality Time ".
