Funny thing is that the form of the URL on the browser keeps alternating between the two structures. Hummmmm....... David, I will start looking at that. I was not paying attention to that. Glenn

<Now the purpose of the new message # form make more sense - it provides the mechanism to jump around inside a thread, since the URL is no longer thread oriented.>

David,

I've been reading the discussion of the new message # form, and I must be dense 'cause I'm still trying to figure it out. If I want to use the new message # form to jump around, how do I do it? Can you take me through an example?

David, I presume you noticed that Brad said that the "To link to this reply, please use the following URL:" msg does show up in IE 3.0, you just have to check "yes" to "activate the navigation panel" in Message Manager Options. I did that, and the message now appears at the bottom (I have to scroll down to see it of course).
