Suspend payments. Stop delivery of military equipment. Bring them into D.C and state in unequivocal terms that one more instance of violence against America and all aid stops --permanently.

Start with one ME country at a time.

They would claim that is unreasonable and the our answer to them should be: This is your problem. If you want our help, exercise your responsibility as the (new) leadership of your country.

They would then ask when they can receive American aid again. Our answer is to come back in one year if you have done your job.

If aid is to be provided, give them1/4 or what was first proposed and tell them to come back in another year.

Those in America who claim we must stay engaged should be able to explain, in other than political terms, why our past 70 years of our engagement has resulted in no fruit from the ME tree and how it justifies our continued gifting of billions with little or no payback.

The best example is the vast sums of money Clinton gave to Arafat and for what?

And while we are doing all this, our President and the Congress get real about creating our own energy platform.

But, I dream............................
