So many Americans can not accept that someone knows more than them about a subject , that they cant even profit.I love to read those I identify as smart,listen to their rational and invest or add to my knowledge as indicated. I try to listen to all,even the angry Metacomets of the world

Well "if housing goes up by 100% in the next 7 years", I sure don't see that from the Brazilian home-builder/commercial construction stocks I have been looking at and owning over the past few years. Gafisa was a terrible investment for me, for example.
