Craig,

All of the points that you bring up about Brenda and statements she makes regarding superiority of Brocades products bring to mind a long standing and never explained situation. Why is a person in her position allowed to be a member of the FC Board? This as always been a conflict of interest that Ancor has apparently never addressed. She is uniquely positioned to answer all FC related questions, while getting in subtle plugs for Brocade. She is always at the forefront of FC related news. Certainly her board status makes this a more accessible task. Has Ancor ever pressed this issue?

One last comment for the week on marketing. Brocade has current storage deals, that are all clearly noted on the appropriate web sites. Ancor does not. All of the deals noted on their web page appear to be on the LAN side. All of their high tech deals (Mt. Subaru, Amoco, AWACS) appear to be on the LAN side. This does not increase their visibility on the storage side, despite the fact that this appears to be where the big money in FC is.
