There are at least three defendants that we know about where JBII is a plantiff.

And that's just the Welland Court system.

The only lawsuits going away are the ones lacking in pacer updates. JBII tends to prevail very well in legal matters.

Since there's a hearing actually scheduled for September 26, it doesn't appear as if the Welland court filed lawsuits are going away any time soon. I look forward to updates.

That's funny......."everybody knows" ...... is common logical fallacy known as Dicto simpliciter (spoken simply, i.e., sweeping generalization).


In fact, the lawsuit that JBI has filled as plaintiff is a minor consideration to the few people that are aware of it.


If JBI wins that suit, as it looks very likely that it will, it will be a source of considerable satisfaction to the JBI investors.
