Sergio: I have seen you ask, over and over again, the question about the preferred being shorted to a higher degree then the common. I, like you, do not understand why the Preferred is being shorted so heavy. I see where everytime you ask about the Preferred being shorted heavy, someone seems to twist it around and talk aboutt the common. I do not know the answer to your quesion either, but I do wish someone who might understand it, step forward and explain. I do think that with the preferred, they should sell at a discount as the experaction date is way off in 1999. When some good Hot News hits on this company, it is the Common that will move first and further. Scott
