Yes it does if the Republicans get out of the way and let Americans regain their past glory through hard work, grit and yes with a little help. Those damn Republicans reflect that Romney philosophy that he expressed as a solution for the auto industry which is "let them fail. The market forces will decide." If China and India followed Romney's advice they wouldn't be where they are today. If Obama followed Romney advice GM wouldn't be where it is today. Look at the polls in MI and now OH. They are grateful that Obama kicked out that inhumane capitalistic theory of "Let them fail." My advice, flow with the tide or get left behind.
