A question about lotteries???

Does anyone have the statistics about how many lotteries fail every year in the world??? I believe the number that comes to mind is 0.00%

If any lottery worldwide has ever failed please feel free to bring this to my attention...LOL LOL Good Luck on your search...

I know that the Mass State Lottery is far from bankrupt...one of the most successful in the country...the vig for the state is somewhere around 40%.....LOL LOL LOL can I have a piece of that action???

What we have w/NRAG is a company that doesn't have to buy the machines (no debt)and we get 30% of NET revenues...thats after all expenses to manage them are paid...In other words Noram expends little to get BEAUCOUP...

Just the costs associated with cashing those $$$$$ checks...sounds like a no-brainer to me...
