I was scheduled to fly the following day. obviously that trip was cancelled. But I flew a week later. And I can tell you that the mood at the airport was surreal. I showed up early, anticipating long lines at security. But there still weren't too many people willing to fly at that point.

Lynne was at a telecommunications conference in Miami (South Beach). She made it home Saturday, I think, mainly because a woman with her from her office in Seattle had a sister who worked for Delta in Dallas got them on a flight out. She reported some people rented cars one way and drove back to Seattle.
