Sounds like a price war is starting.Also the modem makers are making a great payday for the lawers.Red Herring has this article ,Excerpt:

Since you have finally admitted that you wish 3Com to fail would it be too much to ask that as soon as you are proven wrong about this company that you will leave?

I'll make a wager with you.......I'll bet 3Com will hit 45 before it hits 25 again......
