Mike Your point earlier that shipping costs, especially in that adverse climate would be significant relative to other locations. This in itself may have kept others at bay. I would think that it was a major consideration in negotiations allowing for 50000 gp mo at no cost. I'm not going to Ten Sleep to confirm that ground is broken, as others have stated, but if it has, that in itself should provide proof to the companies intentions and provide interim construction jobs in the meantime. Not having an exclusive would be the biggest blunder yet, if true
