Your information was terrific. Thanks for posting!

The last paragraph of your post was consistent with the comment on Edgar On-Line about the import of insider selling prior to a merger.

You wrote: "If a merger is in the offing and liquidity is an issue, these officers are better off selling some shares now, otherwise they must wait 6 months."

Edgar On-Line: "144 sales frequently come in clusters caused by events such as the end of a "lock-up" period or stock options being exercised and can be used to successfully project the onset of increased "sell side" activity in the stock of the target company."

Incidentally, that is consistent with the CSCC selling (of over 500,000 shares) prior to its ASND merger, even though that merger went off at 10 times sales and generated a nice premium over the then current stock price.
