However, Abraham and Jesus are considered prophets in Islam.....

I wonder how many Christians know that. The prophet made that very clear in his preachings, but Christian zealots such as Gen. Boykin deliberately omit that. Or they maybe ignorant and hence misguided.

Christians and Jews can call Mohammad a perv all day long and it won't effect their religious standing at all.
Not true. Bearing false witness has biblical consequences.

The real "trick" here is to realize which faith practices more tolerance. And isn't tolerance what it's all about?
