the Reagan years were definitely a pivotal point. The Obama presidency unwittingly has served to highlight those changes in bold. That's why I think there is so much anger these days. I see a plot for a superb movie about fantasy versus reality..altered states of being sort of like Mulholand Drive or Shutter Island. As long as enough folks are confused as to who the real enemy is the conflict never gets resolved. Hint: it ain't the little guy on the other side of the table There needs to be some balance. People make fun of the Euros but you know you can still get rich in Europe and yet, the average joe doesn't have to stand in line in stadiums to get a physical. The American dream has some nightmarish turns to it.
