Terry, short term and medium technicals are indicating buy triggers right now. Fundamentals are improving. The long term technicals, which are neutral to bearish, are a result of the initial over valuation of NSCP.(nothing fundamental)

But at these levels, with continuing improvement of the fundamentals, I don't see a very big downside risk. On the contrary, I feel this is an excellent time to take advantage and enter and/or add to long positions.
