Hi new to this thread, it seems very activate, lots of interest.
Can someone give us newcomers a run down on what potential this company has, also comment on the management, # of shares o/s and
cash on hand. How much of the o/s shares are held with management. And whats on the agenda for the next 2-3 months.
Anyone care to comment on the downside on this company.

Best regards

Tony Mazz

Paul good info on DIVA. They were just bought by Netscape too! I guess Callisto's main advantage is that they provide architecture vs. hardware. Why have a box if you can replace it with architecture? As for Rogers upgrading, RSN (Rogers Network Services) which services institutions is already digital capable. Rogers Cable which services the residential market is working on upgrading systems as an on-going concern. No problem though, Companies like Shaw already have full digital systems in place for thier residential markets. You may want to contact USA and inquire about thier trial with Rochester Telephone that ended in 1995 and ran for about 1 1/2 yrs. It was successful!

Paul if you've got additional questions about USA give Edwin Molina a call at (860) 572-1560 or Orest Lozynsky at (905) 257-4720. Both are VP's with USA and are usually pretty good at answering any questions people have.
