Ivan,

I would think OLGC is a better risk under 5.

Tightening BB's tell you an imminent move is likely but it doesn't tell you the direction. All the other TA stuff tells you which way. Then there's more TA stuff that tells you how much but that's difficult to do consistently. How fast is the biggest puzzle.
