T.G.W.

Craig has significantly increased the number and quality of posts on this thread. He is very thorough in his research and always has some good points to make. Even if you don't agree with him you should listen to what he has to say. You are reading too much into his posts. If you don't want to read what he has to say, skip his posts. Personally, I think we need his input. I am long COMS, but smart enough to know that there are two things that can cause you to lose money:
1. What you don't know;
2. What you think you know that isn't so.

Craig can help us with both.

Just my opinion.

<< Your posts seem to indicate that you have a vendetta against 3Com for some reason >>

Yes, you could say that. Not so personal that I will let it cloud my judgement however.

<< Is it possible that you are a disgruntled former employee???? >>

They couldn't pay me enough to work for them.

<< Let go in the merger with USBX
perhaps? >>

Nope.

<< Your posts seeth with venom for this company, and I am sure that others have
noticed it. >>

I hope so. I want you all to know that I'm not just an uninterested party looking to make a quick buck on the short side. I actually want to see this company fail and I will revel in it's demise.

<< You seem to think that each and every positive post has to be attacked with
negative thoughts >>

So you are saying that this is an only positive post thread? You don't want to hear from COMS detractors?

<< Why else would you post an article from the Chronical Business news from Oct 15, 1997, over
a month old? >>

Simple. I mentioned it a few posts back and hadn't actually read it myself. (I saw it spoken of in the MF piece). I took the trouble to find it this weekend and figured maybe I could save someone else the time.

<< I think you have lost your objectivity. Maybe its time for you to grind your axe someplace
else. >>

Maybe you have lost your objectivity. You don't own this thread. This is a place to make one's opinion known about COMS. I'm making mine.
I don't recall seeing anything in SI's terms and conditions that said "THESE THREADS ARE FOR BULLS/LONGS ONLY. SHORTS AND DETRACTORS NEED TO GO CRAWL UNDER A ROCK AND KEEP YOUR THOUGHTS TO YOURSELF"

T.G.W., just be a bit patient, all shorts will miraculously disappear when the stock goes back up. I guess when somebody - be it long or short - posted 20 posts a day claiming he is always right and you are always wrong - can get to your nerve sometime. It's all part of the fun and game of the day, I guess. <GG>

<<...you have lost your objectivity...>>

I would think that nobody that has any position in any stock is really "objective" or "neutral", but wants a certain future outcome of things.

To have a bearish view is just as right as to have a bullish one. Only time will tell who was right.
