The Pre-Mango Samsung Focus really did suck. Mango (WP7.5) is quite nice, even compared to iOS5, as long as you don't care about apps :).

Its convenient they way so many always change the topic, and/or try to turn the topic into a personal one, instead of actually responding to a point. Its practically to be expected. The Samsung Focus, an original gen 7 Windows Phone, was the most successful model taking somewhere north of 90% of the Windows Phone market share for that OS, which was new at that time. Samsung went on from there, as you know, from selling far fewer smartphones than Apple, to selling more smartphones than Apple, albeit with Android which (at the time) could run on better hardware. Perhaps you should respond to the post. The post was about proprietary ports, and how users of them are fleeced, instead of using the word "recommend" as an excuse to not respond and to make it personal. So typical.
